These Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products from Voissin (“Voissin”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our official website and other authorized sales channels.

By placing an order with Voissin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.




  1. Products
  2. Voissin creates leather goods with an emphasis on considered craftsmanship, material quality, and individual character.
  3. Each piece is made using carefully selected materials. Natural leather may display variations in grain, texture, colour, and markings. These characteristics are inherent to genuine leather and are not considered defects.
  4. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your display and lighting conditions

  5. Orders
  6. An order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s) under these Terms.
  7. After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation acknowledges that your order has been received but does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.
  8. Voissin reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  9. Pricing & Payment
  10. All prices displayed on our website are stated in the applicable currency shown at checkout.
  11. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
  12. Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available at checkout. An order will only be processed once the required payment has been successfully received.
  13. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  14. Made-to-Order & Personalised Products
  15. Certain Voissin pieces may be produced on a made-to-order or personalised basis.
  16. Estimated production times are provided for guidance and may vary depending on material availability, production schedules, and the complexity of the order.
  17. Personalised or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has commenced, except where required by applicable law or where the product is found to be defective.
  18. Before production begins, customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details, including names, initials, characters, and other requested information, are accurate.

  19. Shipping & Delivery
  20. Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.
  21. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  22. Once an order has been handed to the appointed carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's terms and operational conditions.
  23. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Voissin cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

  24. Customs & Import Duties
  25. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
  26. Such charges are determined by the relevant authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  27. Voissin does not control the amount, timing, or application of such charges.

  28. Returns & Exchanges
  29. We want every Voissin piece to arrive in excellent condition.
  30. Eligible returns or exchanges must comply with our Return & Exchange Policy and must be requested within the applicable period stated therein.
  31. Products must be returned unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accompanying materials and accessories.
  32. Products that have been personalised, altered, used, or made specifically to the customer's requirements may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where

  33. Defective Products
  34. If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is materially damaged upon delivery, please contact Voissin as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and photographs of the issue.
  35. Each case will be reviewed individually. Where a defect is confirmed, Voissin may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, offer a repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedy.
  36. Natural variations in leather, including differences in grain, colour, texture, and minor markings, are not considered manufacturing defects.

  37. Product Care
  38. Leather is a natural material that develops character through use and exposure to its environment.
  39. Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their Voissin piece. Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, excessive moisture, chemicals, alterations, or inadequate care may not be covered by any applicable warranty or remedy.

  41. Intellectual Property
  42. All content appearing on the Voissin website, including but not limited to names, logos, photographs, graphics, text, designs, and other visual or written materials, is owned by or licensed to Voissin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  43. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Voissin.

  44. Limitation of Liability
  45. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voissin shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
  46. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

  47. Force Majeure

Voissin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, governmental restrictions, labour disputes, supply shortages, transportation disruptions, or failures of third-party service providers.

  50. Personal information provided in connection with an order will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  51. By placing an order, you acknowledge that certain information is required to process payment, fulfil your order, arrange delivery, and provide customer support.

  52. Amendments
  53. Voissin reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time.
  54. The version applicable to your order will be the version in effect at the time your order is accepted.

  56. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Voissin and the jurisdiction in which it operates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to the customer.
