HOW TO ORDER

A considered way to order your Voissin piece.

Ordering from Voissin is simple and carefully handled at every stage. Follow the steps below to complete your order.



Explore our collection and select the Voissin piece you wish to order.

Choose the available options for your selected piece, then add it to your Cart.

Review your selected pieces and make sure all product details are correct.

When you are ready, proceed to checkout.

Enter your delivery address and select your preferred shipping method.

Domestic
For deliveries within Indonesia, we ship with:
  • JNE
  • J&T Express

International
For international deliveries, we ship with:
  • DHL
  • FedEx

Shipping options and costs will be shown during checkout based on your destination.

Select your preferred payment method according to your delivery destination.

Domestic Orders
Domestic orders are paid by manual bank transfer.

International Orders

International orders are paid securely through PayPal.

After reviewing your details, delivery method, and payment method, place your order.

At this stage, your order has been submitted but payment is not yet required.

Every order is reviewed manually by Voissin before payment is requested.

Once your order has been received, we will review the order details and confirm the availability of your selected piece.

If everything is in order and the piece is available, Voissin will confirm your order and issue your invoice through the communication section at the bottom of your order page.

Your order will only proceed to payment after this confirmation.

Once the invoice has been issued, you can complete your payment using the payment details provided.

After making the payment, please send your proof of payment through the communication section at the bottom of the same order page.

This allows us to verify your payment and keep your order record together in one place.

After your payment has been verified, your order status will be updated to Paid.

Your order is then officially confirmed and will proceed to preparation for dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking number will be sent through the communication section at the bottom of your order page.

Simply click the tracking number to be redirected automatically to the website of the respective shipping provider.

From there, you can follow the progress of your delivery.
